Job Description:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving growth and profitability in the Western region. Your primary goal will be to develop a comprehensive business development strategy that ensures long-term and short-term growth.

You will establish strong relationships with end-users through regular visits, promoting and building a long-term position for our products. You will also collaborate closely with design and engineering consultants across South India to create unique positions for our products.

Additionally, you will plan and oversee new market initiatives, examining risks and potentials for business opportunities. You will work closely with the sales and marketing team to align efforts and drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive business development strategy for the Western region.
  • Establish strong relationships with end-users through regular visits.
  • Collaborate closely with design and engineering consultants.
  • Plan and oversee new market initiatives.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • 3-4 years of work experience in sales/business development.
  • Preference given to candidates from the fire, security, and automation industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the fire industry and key applications.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and technical orientation skills.
  • Ability to analyze, organize, and plan efficiently.
