We are seeking a skilled IVR developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and developing interactive voice response systems.

  • At least 3 years of experience in IVR/Speech Recognition technology is required.

Call Flow Design

  • The ability to create complex call flows from high-level requirements documentation is essential.

IVR Development Environments

  • Expert knowledge of at least one IVR development environment such as Genesys Composer, Avaya AOD, Voice Objects/CXP etc is mandatory.

Operating Systems and Administration

  • A strong understanding of operating systems including UNIX and Linux administration is required.

Telephony Technologies

  • Familiarity with telephony technologies including call routing, SMS, VOIP is necessary.

State Machine Experience

  • Hands on experience with state machines is preferred.

Scripting Skills

  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Unix/bash, PowerShell or any other shell is desired.

Application Support Experience

  • Previous experience in application support is an added advantage.
