Job Title

As a member of our team, you will play a key role in leading business and non-functional requirements discovery, driving the creation of scope definitions, and coordinating subject matter expert resources.

Key responsibilities include creating compelling solution proposal content that captures business strategy, KPIs, and desired outcomes. You will also be comfortable presenting to various stakeholders, crafting messaging relevant to their roles and desired outcomes.

Collaboration with the Global Sales team is essential for providing input on deal strategy from a CX solution perspective. Additionally, working closely with the Customer Experience Practice Leader is crucial for defining solutions and offering development/roadmap expertise.

Researching current trends in the CX industry and capturing competitive and analyst perspectives is vital for informing solution development and content creation.

  • Define demo requirements, specifying services and capabilities for demonstration to both business and technical audiences.
  • Cross-functional leadership and partnership are necessary for driving strategic initiatives within the practice.
  • Create sales enablement collateral and provide insights on competitive benchmarking.
  • Develop ROI documentation to support customer conversations.

Business & Technical Qualifications - Must have:

  • 5+ years of experience as a contact center technology specialist working with leading platforms and applications.
  • Sales specialist level knowledge of IVR Platforms, Contact Centre business, related infrastructure, and processes.
  • AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification preferred.
  • Business Analyst formal training is also preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision in a dynamic environment.
  • Team management experience is essential.
