Job Description

We are seeking a visionary AI Solutions Specialist to spearhead the development of innovative customer engagement roadmaps, leveraging Salesforce applications and platform across machine learning and LLM/GPT domains in India.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Primary technical authority for AI usage within the Salesforce product portfolio - existing Einstein ML based capabilities and new generative AI.
  • 60%+ time will be spent engaging with customers/external stakeholders.
  • Evangelize Salesforce AI capabilities.
  • Assess customer requirements and use cases, aligning to these capabilities.
  • Develop solution proposals, working with Architects and Solution Engineer teams.
  • Build reference models/approaches for GPT-based products within wider Salesforce solution architectures, especially involving Data Cloud.
  • Align with customer security and privacy teams on trust capabilities and values of our solution(s).
  • Present at multiple customer events from single account sessions to major strategic events.
  • Represent Salesforce at other events (subject to PM approval).
  • Drive sales and SE organization education/enabling e.g. roadmap - all roles across all product areas.
  • Bridge/primary contact point to product management.
  • Provide thought leadership in digital transformation driving customer success.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 4+ years commercial technology experience with AI products/solutions.
  • Strong data knowledge: data science, data lakes/warehouses, ETL/ELT, data quality.
  • AI knowledge: application of algorithms/models to solve business problems (ML, LLMs, GPT).
  • 10+ years sales/pre-sales/consulting experience in commercial software companies.
  • Pre-sales or implementation focus required.
  • Demonstrable experience presenting complex concepts to large audiences.
  • Broad understanding of CRM/Sales/Service/Mktg cloud offerings.
  • Continuous learning demeanor with self-enablement/advancement in tech/behavioral areas.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Expertise in an AI-related subject (ML, deep learning, NLP etc.).
  • Familiarity with technologies such as OpenAI, Google Vertex, Amazon Sagemaker, Snowflake, Databricks etc.
