Job Title: Programme Development Manager

Description:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to manage complex real estate projects from inception to occupancy.

  • The ideal candidate will have 15-20 years of experience in managing large-scale developments (up to 1 million sq. ft.) on time and under budget.
  • Certified professional with credentials including MRICS, LEED AP, WELL AP, and COA, with expertise in design conceptualization, project feasibility studies, and cost management.
  • Extensive experience in stakeholder management, client development, and cross-functional team leadership (teams of 15-18 members), with skills in business case preparation, financial modeling, budgeting, and cost control.
  • Led initiatives in workplace strategy, design standardization, and process improvements across project portfolios, with a deep understanding of end-to-end project delivery including planning, design, procurement, construction, and handover.
  • Proficient in vendor management, strategic sourcing, and contract negotiations to drive quality and reduce costs, with excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills, and a history of building trusted client relationships.
  • Experienced in implementing best practices, refining processes, and enhancing project delivery efficiency.

  • Extensive experience in stakeholder management, client development, and cross-functional team leadership.
  • Skills in business case preparation, financial modeling, budgeting, and cost control.
  • Experience in led initiatives in workplace strategy, design standardization, and process improvements.
