Job Title: Finance Manager

We are seeking an accomplished and strategic Finance Manager to oversee financial planning, management information systems, fundraising support, and investor relations. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to prepare and present complex financial information effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive management information systems (MIS) for project-wise reporting and consolidated company/group-level reporting.
  • Budgeting, variance analysis, and continuous monitoring of revenue and expenses to ensure accurate forecasting and decision-making.
  • Support management with cash flow forecasts and scenario analysis to drive informed business decisions.
  • Assist in preparing fundraising documentation, including financial models, pitch decks, and information memorandums.
  • Coordinate due diligence processes with bankers, NBFCs, investors, and legal advisors.

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):

  • Build and maintain robust financial models for ongoing and upcoming projects.
  • Track sales pipeline, collections, and expense management to support strategic decision-making.
  • Conduct sensitivity analysis and provide actionable insights to inform business strategy.

Compliance & Documentation:

  • Review and support preparation of legal and financial documentation for fundraising, investments, and banking.
  • Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of all agreements, term sheets, and loan documents.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel (advanced functions, financial modeling, scenario building).
  • Experience in preparing MIS reports, budgets, and variance analysis.
  • Knowledge of fundraising processes, term sheets, loan documentation, and investor communications.
  • Ability to interpret and work with legal and financial documents.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for investor and management interactions.

Qualifications:

  • MBA (Finance)/ CA Inter.
  • 5–8 years of relevant experience in real estate, investment banking, NBFC, or corporate finance roles.
  • Prior exposure to fundraising, investor relations, or project finance is highly desirable.
