Job Title: ServiceNow Developer – Order Management

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to support a large-scale transformation project focused on designing and implementing Order Management processes in ServiceNow.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop enhancements and review existing designs identified during UAT phases.
  • Implement ServiceNow OM modules, including simple and complex order capture and orchestration.
  • Collaborate with technical leads to ensure best practices in design and development.
  • Translate user stories into ServiceNow features with minimal customization.

For this role, we require 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience, including at least 3 years with Order Management (OM). Strong expertise in Service Catalog definition, Workspaces, UI Builder, Flow Designer, and Portal management is essential.
