Job Title: Production Supervisor

The Production Supervisor will support the Factory Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring production targets are met with optimum quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Production Planning & Management
    • Drive daily production target achievement in alignment with customer orders.
    • Monitor line-wise productivity and implement corrective measures to address shortfalls.
    • Schedule resources to ensure optimal utilization.
  • Operations Excellence
    • Oversee end-to-end operations across production, quality, maintenance, and material flow.
    • Implement process improvement methods to minimize downtime and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Quality Assurance & Compliance
    • Ensure all products meet defined quality standards.
    • Support regular in-line and end-line quality checks.
  • Cost Management
    • Assist in reducing waste and improving cost efficiency.
  • Team Development
    • Supervise and guide production staff.
    • Monitor individual performance against agreed KPIs.
