Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the engagement effort of providing high-quality consulting solutions to clients. As a MES Consultant, you will be responsible for driving innovative solutions in the manufacturing sector using expertise in MES SCADA and IIoT.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To provide subject matter training and coaching to team members, motivate them through effective feedback, and inspire them to achieve high performance.
  • To identify change management requirements and propose a structured approach to clients for managing change using multiple communication mechanisms.
  • To review proposals prepared by consultants, provide guidance, and analyze solutions defined for client business problems to identify potential risks and issues.
  • To contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives aimed at providing high-quality value-added consulting solutions to customers while adhering to organization guidelines and processes.
Technical Requirements:
  • Primary skills: Technology Industrial IOT Embedded Software MES
  • Desirables: Domain IOT ALL Experience in Discrete Manufacturing domain
  • Good knowledge on software configuration management systems, strong business acumen, strategy, and cross-industry thought leadership, awareness of latest technologies and industry trends, logical thinking and problem-solving skills along with an ability to collaborate, two or three industry domain knowledge, client interfacing skills, knowledge of SDLC and agile methodologies
