Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced business solutions professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis and project management, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions that meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and document business requirements using process maps and user stories.
  • Develop functional specification documents based on business requirements.
  • Create detailed business analysis documents outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions.
  • Analyze project budgets, estimate resources, and plan project timelines.
  • Define solutions based on analyzed requirements.
  • Contribute to business growth through innovative ideas and proof-of-concepts.
  • Prepare wireframes and user stories for product development.
  • Support UAT and change implementation.
  • Manage stakeholders, provide updates, and report on project progress.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 5-7 years of experience in business analysis and project management.
  • Understanding of System Development Lifecycle and Change Control processes.
  • Ability to work within a structured SDLC process and maintain compliance.
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Hybris, .NET, and Java applications is a plus.
