Project Management Expertise

Permitting and Planning

The successful candidate will have expertise in navigating permitting and planning processes for new developments or expansions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

This includes working with interdisciplinary teams, finance, legal, design, leasing, construction, and operations to drive business results.

Effective public engagement and stakeholder management are crucial, as is the ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical needs.

The ideal candidate will have substantial knowledge of data center design principles and delivery, including permitting and commissioning.

Requirements and Qualifications

15+ years of progressive experience in project development, design, construction, and/or program management of data centers or similar corporate real estate.

Bachelor's degree preferred, with a focus on real estate, business management, construction, engineering, or law.

Recent experience within a global organization, preferably with international remit.

Ability to work in start-up and ramp-up environments, requiring multitasking and meeting deadlines.

Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills, with a high-level understanding of real estate finance.

Demonstrably strong negotiation skills, with an ability to build relationships at all levels.

Unique blend of strategic thinking and tactical execution, with a creative approach to problem-solving.

International travel may be required, and the ability to work in multinational, culturally diverse teams is essential.
