Key Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting Return on Capital Employed (ROCE) analysis at Product Category, Segment, and Company level to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Performing Sales Analysis including Profitability by Channel, Region, State, SOF, and Customer for both Domestic and Export sales.
  • Developing the Annual Sales Plan with SKU-wise / Category-wise / Segment-wise Sales Value and Tonnage projections.
Costing & Margin Analysis

Our team prepares daily product costing (cost sheets) for Marketing requirements, develops Actual Monthly Gross Margin Statements, and conducts Bill of Material (BOM) and Gross Margin Analysis.

  • Nil Margin vs Nil Margin comparison
  • Gross Margin Projections vs Nil Margin
  • OE Product Cost & GM Analysis (Quote vs SOP vs Actual Sales)
  • Year-on-Year comparative analysis
Qualifications

The ideal candidate has a Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business, professional certifications like MBA, ACCA, or CIMA, and 3–5 years of experience in Marketing Finance or Financial Planning & Analysis.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and database management systems.
  • Strong expertise in financial modelling, data reconciliation, and reporting automation.
Desired Skills

Strong business acumen, solid understanding of Accounting Principles, advanced Financial Analysis techniques, hands-on experience with ERP systems like SAP and financial planning software are required.
