About the Role

We're seeking a highly analytical FP&A Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining financial models, consolidating reports, and analyzing performance against budgets and forecasts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain short-term and long-term financial models, including actuals and forecasts for all three financial statements
  • Consolidate financial reporting from Great Plains and NetSuite into our TT consolidated reporting
  • Report on actual results against budget, forecast, and prior year on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, including variance analysis
  • Build and maintain a KPI dashboard to track key performance indicators
  • Collaborate with the VP of Finance to lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes
  • Develop presentations for departments, senior leadership, and the Board of Directors to present results, forecasts, and budgets, and identify areas of opportunity and risk
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis to support Private Equity sponsors
  • Lead lender covenant compliance reporting
  • Collaborate with the VP of Finance to prepare audited financial statements
  • Support business development and analysis, including due diligence and valuation models

Requirements

  • Completion of an undergraduate degree in business or a related field
  • 4+ years of relevant work experience
  • Highly analytical and detail-oriented
  • Excellent Excel skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
  • Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, and Power BI a plus
