Job Title: Marketing Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to develop and execute B2B marketing strategies, generate leads, build client relationships, and support brand growth in domestic and international markets.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in EMS/electronics manufacturing, excellent communication and presentation skills, and proficiency in using CRM tools and digital marketing strategies.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies to attract OEMs/ODMs in India and abroad.
  • Generate and qualify leads through online/offline channels, industry expos, and professional networks.
  • Identify new markets, customer segments, and partnership opportunities.
  • Coordinate and manage participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
  • Maintain CRM systems and track lead conversion performance.
  • Work closely with the sales and technical teams to prepare RFQ responses, proposals, and client presentations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Drive digital presence via social media platforms and other B2B platforms with marketing content and campaigns.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of marketing/sales experience in the EMS or electronics manufacturing industry.
  • Strong understanding of EMS processes, PCBA, wiring harness, and box-build services.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools and digital marketing strategies.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and trade shows.
