Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Project Management Lead to oversee the coordination and smooth operation of email marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing large-scale projects, working with clients, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate development and deployment of emails through Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Perform QA testing to ensure email content renders well across email clients and matches client submissions
  • Secure approval of emails and address any edits needed
  • Schedule emails through Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Guide clients on account protocols and clearly answer questions
  • Process and upload distribution lists
  • Pull metrics reports from Salesforce Marketing Cloud and share reports with clients

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 - 7 years of experience as a Senior Digital Project Manager or similar skill set
  • Preferably, familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (not required)
  • Experience working in a client-facing environment; specifically, at an agency
  • Ability and desire to work with a high degree of independence and ownership in a geographically distributed team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and availability to support US East Coast business hours
