Key Responsibilities

  2. Lead Generation: Utilize telecalling and telemarketing skills to generate new leads and expand existing relationships.">
  3. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by responding to queries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely delivery of products.">
  4. Order Processing: Process orders accurately and efficiently, coordinating with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure timely supply of goods.">
  5. Sales Coordination: Assist in sales operations, including sales forecasting, pipeline management, and sales reporting.">

Requirements

  • ">
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounts, or Finance.">
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience as a sales coordinator (freshers may apply for the position of trainees).">
  • Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, MIS, time-management, communication, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office Suite, especially MS Excel.">

Salary Information

The salary range for this position is INR 3-3.5 LPA.
