Job Title:

Senior Frontend Engineer

Job Description:

  • Lead user interface development for a unified platform that guides students through their career journey using intelligent AI agents.
  • Translate wireframes and designs into polished, production-ready interfaces.
  • Define and enforce UI best practices, coding standards, and design patterns.
  • Build high-quality React components with Zustand and TailwindCSS.
  • Mentor junior developers and guide the overall front-end craft.
  • Explore and implement micro front-end architectures, including POCs for embedding low-code apps (e.g., Bubble) into React.
  • Integrate APIs and WebSockets to enable real-time agent interactions and gamified UI elements.
  • Contribute to architecture discussions with a focus on scalability and performance.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4–6 years of hands-on front-end/UI development experience.
  • Strong expertise in React and its ecosystem.
  • Proficiency with state management (Zustand) and TailwindCSS.
  • Understanding of real-time communication (WebSockets).
  • Familiarity with micro front-end architecture and low-code integrations.
  • Strong grasp of design patterns, code reviews, and scalable UI practices.
  • Agile mindset — thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
