Front-End Developer Opportunities

About the Position

A passionate and detail-oriented Front-End Developer is required to craft engaging user interfaces that meet the highest standards of accessibility, usability, and performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop responsive, cross-browser compatible interfaces that reflect the company's vision and values.
  • Collaborate closely with UX designers and product teams to bring conceptually rich designs to life.
  • Ensure seamless integration of UI components and optimize rendering performance for smooth user experiences.
  • Implement version control systems (e.g., Git) and participate in collaborative workflows.
  • Stay up-to-date with modern front-end design patterns, frameworks, and best practices to continuously enhance our product experience.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of professional experience as a Front-End Developer.
  • Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and modern styling practices (SCSS, Styled Components, etc.).
  • Experience in responsive design and deep knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
  • Ability to work with Figma or similar tools to translate visual designs into production-ready UIs.
  • Understanding of front-end performance optimization techniques.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript UI behaviors, animations, and micro-interactions.
Preferred Skills
  • Exposure to maritime, logistics, or enterprise software domains.
  • Familiarity with React.js, Vue.js, or similar frameworks (basic working knowledge only).
  • Knowledge of SVG, canvas, or lightweight visualization techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with utility-first CSS frameworks (e.g., Tailwind).
  • Agile/Scrum team exposure.
