Litigation Associate Role

We seek a detail-oriented professional to join our litigation team in Prayagraj. This role involves working closely with senior lawyers and clients on diverse matters, ensuring timely and effective representation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft pleadings, petitions, written statements, and other legal documents.
  • Conduct thorough research and prepare case notes, opinions, and briefs.
  • Represent the firm in courts, tribunals, and regulatory authorities.
  • Support strategy formulation and case preparation.
  • Maintain open communication with clients and keep them informed about case progress.
  • Ensure compliance with procedural requirements and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for case-related support and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong writing and research skills.
  • Knowledge of civil and commercial procedures.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail with sound analytical skills.

Preferred Candidate:

  • Law graduate with 1–3 years of relevant litigation experience.
  • Bar Council enrollment is mandatory.
  • Prior exposure to civil, commercial, or regulatory litigation is preferred.
