Telehealth Coach Opportunity

We are seeking qualified Life & Wellness Coaches to partner with our members in a safe, non-judgemental, and empowering space that facilitates exploration, self-discovery, and growth.

Our coaches will be responsible for delivering coaching sessions to support members in developing the insights and skills necessary to create meaningful and sustainable change, and thrive in areas that matter most to them.

  • Provide structured life and/or wellness coaching sessions to clients via video or phone.
  • Support adults in setting goals, building confidence, and encouraging action to achieve their goals for common life challenges related to stress, relationships, career, health & wellbeing, and personal development areas.
  • Maintain a calendar displaying availability and keep track of session notes in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with our dedicated support team whenever assistance is needed.
  • Provide culturally competent and empathetic care, upholding values of diversity and inclusion for all races, ethnicities, disabilities, and genders.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed as a Telehealth Coach, you will need:

  • Actively credentialed with a globally recognized coaching body, including but not limited to the International Coaching Federation (ICF), European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), Association for Coaching (AC), or other regionally accredited bodies.
  • A minimum of 100 hours of post-training coaching experience.
  • The ability to adapt across various life, professional, and/or health & wellbeing related challenges.
  • Training and experience in evidence-based modalities of support, including NVC, NLP, EQ, MBSR, Somatic coaching, Positive Psychology, or Appreciative Inquiry.
  • Comfortable with technology and telehealth competent.
  • Committed to quality care, wanting to expand capabilities and increase effectiveness by being informed of client progress or challenges.
  • Preferring to work independently, but also valuing opportunities for connections and collaboration with other coaches.
