Project Leadership Role

The project management team plays a pivotal role in delivering software solutions to customers across various industries.

  • Ensure consistent and successful delivery of projects as per agreed scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Effectively manage commercial aspects by securing committed revenue and maintaining healthy margins.

As a Project Manager within our organization, you will be responsible for implementing best practices and methodologies, and contributing to the growth of our services practice.

Manage a diverse portfolio of customers and projects that vary in size, complexity, industry domain, and use-case across geographies.

Responsibilities:

  • SUCCESSFULLY MANAGE PROJECTS BY APPLYING PROJECT MANAGEMENT BEST PRACTICES AND METHODOLOGIES.
  • LEAD A PROJECT TEAM OF FUNCTIONAL AND TECHNICAL CONSULTANTS (INTERNAL & EXTERNAL).
  • Develop a strong understanding of FICO products to effectively communicate with clients.
  • BUILD TRUSTED CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS THROUGHOUT THE PROJECT LIFECYCLE.
  • Interpret different commercial and contractual terms and manage the project according to agreed terms and conditions.
  • Support country services leaders, practice leads, and sales teams on pre-sales activities and proposals.
  • Adhere to PMO governance and project reporting using project management tools.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • MINIMUM 15 YEARS OF WORKING EXPERIENCE WITH 8+ YEARS IN EFFECTIVE PROJECT MANAGEMENT.
  • Worked in reputable banks, system integrators, product companies, or software organizations.
  • Delivered end-to-end large/medium software projects using waterfall and agile methodologies.
  • Good understanding of risk, fraud, originations, customer onboarding domains.
  • Experience in delivering software solutions in loan originations, fraud, decisioning, customer management.
  • Experience in delivering cloud-based implementations and on-prem solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher or equivalent work experience.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certifications like Scrum Master, Safe.
  • Willingness to travel (20-30%).

  • Strong track record of owning and carrying out projects from start to finish with prioritization and time management skills.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work well with internal and external teams.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English, Hindi, and Marathi languages.
  • Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to independently drive projects through to completion.
  • Collaborative approach to build, manage, and motivate project teams across geographies, departments, and organizations.
