Job Title: Company Secretary and Compliance Manager

This role involves ensuring the company's compliance with legal and statutory requirements.

We are seeking an experienced professional to maintain statutory books, organize board meetings, draft and review legal documents, file returns with regulatory bodies, and adhere to governance practices.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining corporate records and handling legal documentation
  • Organizing and preparing for board meetings
  • Drafting and reviewing contracts and other legal documents
  • Filing returns and reports with regulatory bodies
  • Ensuring adherence to governance practices
Key Qualifications:
  • Professional experience in corporate governance and compliance
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Liaising with external regulators and advisors
  • Attention to detail and conducting thorough audits
  • Familiarity with risk management practices
  • Relevant professional certifications such as ACS (Associate Company Secretary) or CS (Company Secretary)
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite and compliance management software
