Customer Service Representative

Deliver exceptional patient experiences by providing timely, accurate, and empathetic responses to inquiries, appointments, and follow-ups.

Maintain seamless communication with patients, hospital staff, and clinical teams to ensure a smooth experience.

  • Utilize strong interpersonal skills to handle patients with care and professionalism.
  • Coordinate with front office and clinical teams to resolve patient concerns efficiently.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English.
  • Prior experience in healthcare telecalling is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Basic computer proficiency in MS Office and CRM/HMIS systems.
  • Strong patience and ability to handle patient interactions effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Handle inbound and outbound calls for patient inquiries, appointments, and follow-ups.
  2. Provide accurate information about hospital services and doctors' availability.
  3. Maintain call records and update CRM/HMIS systems.
  4. Coordinate with front office and clinical teams for smooth patient experience.
  5. Ensure professional, empathetic, and courteous communication at all times.

Requirements:

  • Graduate/Undergraduate with good communication skills (Gujarati, Hindi, English).
  • Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and ability to handle patients with care.
