Role Overview

The Launch Ambassador will lead the development and execution of our go-to-market strategy. This involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to define messaging frameworks, establish positioning, and ensure data-driven decision making from ideation to launch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market & Customer Research: Conduct in-depth analysis to comprehend customer needs, pain points, and competitive landscapes, ensuring strategies are grounded in actionable insights.
  • Product Positioning & Messaging: Develop positioning, value propositions, and messaging frameworks that resonate with our ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and differentiate us from competitors.
  • Strategy & Planning: Design and execute a comprehensive GTM roadmap, detailing timelines, launches, stakeholders, and KPIs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster seamless collaboration with product, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to coordinate launch plans and streamline execution.
  • Launch & Campaign Management: Plan and execute campaigns, drive sales enablement, and oversee channel strategies to create awareness and demand.
  • Performance Tracking & Optimization: Define KPIs, monitor performance, analyze results, and iterate to maximize GTM effectiveness.
What You Bring
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in GTM, product marketing, or related strategic roles, preferably in SaaS.
  • Strong strategic thinking with data-driven decision making skills.
  • Excellent project management capabilities, timely, detail-oriented, and decisive.
  • Outstanding communication skills, capable of rallying teams and articulating vision.
  • Deep understanding of GTM frameworks: positioning, messaging, ICPs, distribution channels, and launch tactics.
  • Experience running cross-functional launches from inception to execution.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and CRM platforms.
