Receivable Officer Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished Receivable Officer to manage our receivables and handle non-performing assets (NPAs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire receivable process, including invoicing and collections.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with receivables.
  • Develop and implement strategies to minimize NPAs and improve cash flow.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and issues.
  • Analyze and report on receivable performance metrics, providing insights for improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, particularly in the BFSI sector.
  • Experience with receivable management software and systems, such as ERP or similar tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities.
