Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Receivable Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 4 -6 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with expertise in managing receivables and handling NPA cases.

Roles and Responsibility

- Manage and oversee the entire receivable process, including invoicing and collections.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with receivables, such as non-performing assets (NPA).
- Develop and implement strategies to minimize NPA and improve cash flow.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and issues.
- Analyze and report on receivable performance metrics, providing insights for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to receivables.

Job Requirements

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, particularly in the BFSI sector.
- Experience with receivable management software and systems, such as ERP or similar tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements, particularly those applicable to the BFSI sector.
