Cloud HCM Functional Architect

Are you a visionary with expertise in multiple HCM Cloud modules and experience in large-scale application architectures?

Location: India (Pune, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Trivandrum, Gandhinagar, Noida)

As a skilled professional, you will thrive in this role if you have excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and confidence in your abilities. You will be responsible for resolving issues in implementation projects, building proof of concepts during the sales cycle, enhancing existing tools and accelerators, and creating new ones.

The ideal candidate should be able to identify and resolve issues encountered during test cycles, possess expertise in multiple HCM Cloud modules, exposure to the entire HCM Cloud suite, and on-demand architecture in a functional capacity. Additionally, they should have worked as a functional lead/architect for implementing HCM Cloud in one or more geographies.

  • Enable successful go-lives for HCM Cloud implementation projects
  • Resolve issues in implementation projects
  • Build POCs during the sales cycle
  • Enhance existing tools and accelerators
  • Build new tools and accelerators
