Facilities Site Lead Job Description

The Facilities Site Lead is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the workplace, ensuring a seamless experience for employees, visitors, and guests.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the Guest Services team to deliver exceptional front office experiences, conferences, events, and meetings.
  • Developing and implementing employee engagement programs, daily connects, and feedback analysis to improve employee satisfaction.
  • Organizing business unit team engagement events, catering, community events, awareness talks, and presentations.
  • Managing F&B services program delivery, including vendor mix, performance standards, food options, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
  • Promoting Workplace Experience services within the business unit community.
  • Overseeing budgets and financial plans for Workplace Services expenditure.
  • Maintaining a comfortable built environment for all areas, aligned with global standards.
  • Managing vendor relationships, performance, and value propositions.
  • Implementing change management programs, employee orientation, wellbeing, mindfulness, and ergonomics initiatives in collaboration with HR, Benefits, and EHS teams.
  • Recruiting, training, and monitoring performance of the Workplace Experience team, including third-party vendors management staff.
