Site Supervisor Job Description

Oversight and management of day-to-day operations at construction sites are key responsibilities. This role ensures projects execute efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.

  1. Supervise on-site activities for adherence to design specifications, safety protocols, and quality standards.
  2. Coordinate with project managers and architects to maintain efficient workflows.
  3. Manage resources and equipment to ensure timely project completion.
  4. Conduct site inspections to assess potential risks and implement safety measures.
  5. Document daily project progress and changes in project scope.
  6. Resolve technical issues and provide support for on-site construction teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • 4+ years' experience in civil construction projects.
  • Proven track record in supervising construction teams.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions quickly.
