Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Support planning and execution of plotted development infrastructure (roads, drains, electrical, water, sewage, etc.).

Supervise site works, validate layout and plot dimensions, and ensure milestone-based progress.

Provide technical solutions and monitor the quality of materials and workmanship.

Maintain daily reports, coordinate with vendors and internal teams, and manage site documentation.

Educational Qualifications: Diploma/Bachelors in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.

Skills & Experience

:35 years in site execution, preferably in plotted or township projects

.Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and civil execution standards

.Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills
