Job Title: Financial Director

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned financial expert to lead our finance team and drive strategic decision-making.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting, and financial planning for banquet and catering operations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage the overall financial performance of the business, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize revenue growth and cost control.
  • Lead and manage accounts, payables/receivables, cost control, revenue optimization, and internal controls.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Ensure statutory compliance with GST, TDS, income tax, and other regulations.
  • Implement financial best practices, controls, and ERP systems tailored to banqueting/catering.
  • Partner with operations and sales teams to plan profitable events, track margins, and control expenses.
  • Mentor and supervise the finance team, promoting a culture of continuous process improvement and financial integrity.
  • Conduct variance analysis, highlight cost-saving opportunities, and implement corrective actions.
Requirements
  • Candidate should have CA/MBA (Finance) or equivalent degree, with experience in hospitality/banqueting/catering.
  • Minimum 8–12 years of overall finance experience, including at least 4 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in budgeting, compliance, MIS, financial modeling, event/catering cost controls.
  • Proficiency in Tally, SAP, or hospitality ERP systems.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
  • High integrity and process orientation, experience in audit and statutory reporting.
