Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our team of Admissions Counsellors and Team Leaders. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership to drive enrolment and revenue growth.

  • Leverage your expertise to manage a high-performing team that excels in sales closing, customer relationship management, and pipeline monitoring.

  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills to set performance standards and monitor team progress against goals.

  • Establish the uniqueness and effectiveness of our online learning model through innovative approaches and best practices.


Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Exceptional English communication and interpersonal skills.

  • A minimum of 3 years of sales experience in B2C, preferably with education sales exposure.

  • Proven ability to handle inside sales teams and drive results.

  • Solution-oriented problem-solving skills, excellent people orientation, and empathy.

  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
