Applications are invited for Educational Professional at Siemens Technical Academy at Kalwa to teach Engineering Drawing and Workshop calculation & Science. - To teach Trade Theory for all metal working and welding trades
- Operation and programming of CNC machine tool.
- Giving demo of CAD/CAM manufacturing etc.
- Making pnuematic and hydraulic circuits for automation.
- Co-ordinate with works manager for identification of skills and bridging the gap.
- Co-ordinate with GOVT. authorities for fulfillment of statutory requirement
- Designing innovative experiments and Projects
- Should have sound knowledge of operation and programming of CNC machine tool.
- Should be familiar with CAD-CAM softwares, preferred is Solid Edge & Nx from Siemens
- Should be familiar with Factory act, Lean manufacturing, TQM etc.

- NCVT in metal working trade of Tool Room/ Industry Experience.
- Ex Apprentice of Siemens Training Center will be given preference
- Should have sound knowledge of operation and programming of CNC machine tool.
- Should be familiar with CAD-CAM softwares, preferred is Solid Edge & Nx from Siemens
- Should be familiar with Factory act, Lean manufacturing, TQM etc.
- Total mastery over any 2 to 3 of the following trades (Fitting, Turning, Milling, Grinding, Welding, Sheet Metal working, Smithy, Millwright)
- Ability to read, understand and explain complex mechanical drawings
- Knowledge of Machine tool maintenance, Pneumatics and Hydraulics
- Experience in operating and programming CNC machine tools
- Experience in Maintenance and troubleshooting of machine tools
- Knowledge of Safety practices
- Knowledge of Jigs, Fixtures, Press Tools and moulding Tools
- Ability to read, understand and explain complex mechanical drawing. Knowledge of Safety practices.
- Qualification - BE / Diploma in Mechanical / Production Engineering.
- Ex Apprentice of Siemens Training Center will be given preference
- Good values and positive attitude, Passion for teaching, Innovative teaching Ideas, Intuition and empathy.
- Good communication skills, Ability to converse fluently in English, Hindi and Marathi
- Strong technical fundamentals, Hands on Expertise in their respective Trades
