**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and implement specialized educational programs tailored to the needs of students with disabilities
- Conduct assessments to evaluate students' learning abilities, social-emotional development, and behavioral needs
- Develop and execute individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with parents, teachers, and allied professionals
- Utilize evidence-based teaching strategies to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes
- Provide one-on-one and group support to students to improve their academic and social skills
- Work closely with general education teachers to promote inclusive classroom practices
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress, interventions, and outcomes
- Offer guidance and counseling to students to address behavioral and emotional challenges
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for teachers and parents on special education strategies
- Stay updated with the latest developments in special education and psychological practices

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Graduate or postgraduate degree in psychology
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) in Special Education
- Prior experience working with children with special needs is preferred
- Strong understanding of various disabilities, learning disorders, and behavioral challenges
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and adaptability in handling diverse student needs
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹37,000.00 per month
