Preschool Counsellor

2. To coordinate with daily walk-in students or their parents & must be passionate to interact with children and school management.

3. Possesses a logical bent of mind and should be a 'Self-Starter' & creative.

4. Has no reservations in travelling & should have excellent communication skills.

5. To coordinate & follow instructions from the Marketing Head / School Principals from time to time to monitor the drop outs of the students.

6. Must be keen to always learn and stay ahead of peers.

7. Should create a positive difference in society

8. Must seek opportunity to become a leader (and may be one of the faces of the organization).

9. 11. Should utilize leadership, advocacy, and collaboration, promote student success, provide preventive services and respond to identified student needs by implementing a comprehensive “School Counselling Program” that addresses academic, career and personal/ social development for all students.
- Assisting in planning and organizing school events outings, celebrations, sports day, project day, annual day etc.
- Ensure smooth management of direct parent/Telephonic enquiry
- Support and plan for improvement in admission rates by supporting and helping in various sales & marketing activities.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Nerul, Navi Mumbai - 400076, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 2 years (preferred)
- Counselling: 1 year (preferred)
