About the Role:

Tecnicas Reunidas is a world-leading international general contractor, engaged in the engineering and construction of industrial facilities across various sectors.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop instrumentation systems, including instrument/JB modelling, cable tray modelling, and trench and duct bank routing.
  • Prepare electronic instrument layouts, pneumatic layouts, and main cable tray routing layouts.
  • Extract 2D layouts from 3D models, and set up wiring in SPI-INTools for instruments and control/safety systems.
  • Develop loop diagrams, termination diagrams, instrument segment diagrams, and instrument installation drawings.
  • Create junction box schedules, cable schedules, drum schedules, control room cable routing, and equipment layouts.
  • Develop bulk MTOs for cables, junction boxes, and hook-up items, and generate hookup assignments in SPI and drawings.

Requirements:

  • A recognized degree/diploma in electrical or instrumentation engineering.
  • Minimum 5 to 15 years of experience in the industry sectors of oil and gas, refinery, and petrochemical industries, involving instrumentation design, 2D/3D modelling, wiring, and hook-up activities.
  • Proficiency in SP3D, Smart Plant Review, SPI-INTools, AutoCad, MicroStation, PDS, PDMS, Navisworks, and Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with industry-related standards, including ASME, API, and ISA.
