About This Role

The Project Coordinator is responsible for overseeing numerous transition phases and managing projects from inception to completion. This position reports directly to the Transition Manager and involves internal and external reporting, tracking, and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage active transitions as assigned.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact (POC) for customer inquiries, decisions, actions, and updates.
  • Provide support to projects as the first escalation point for internal and customer issues.
  • Facilitate governance calls and meetings for internal and customer updates.
  • Plan, conduct, and manage relevant training sessions for the transition team.
  • Participate in or conduct assessments to gauge training needs.
  • Understand strategic business objectives and assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Contribute to creating and reviewing transition solutions for RFPs/RFIs and pre-sales support.
  • Identify and define business cases, develop project tasks, resource requirements, and detailed project charters, plans, and transition plans.
  • Integrate process migration activities with IT implementation.
  • Optimize transition methodologies to reduce time, costs, risks, and enhance quality.
  • Responsible for risk management, developing mitigation plans, and driving process-specific business continuity planning.
  • Create and/or maintain project management documents, including status reports, project plans, knowledge transfer documentation, and requisite approvals.
  • Assist in opportunity analysis/due diligence of potential projects and support solutioning of new bids/RFP-RFI responses/client presentations and sales cycles.

Requirements:

A minimum of 10 years of experience preferably from BPO/BPM background. Educational qualifications: Graduate/Post Graduate degree.
