Project Coordinator Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to oversee projects related to e-Invoicing, Accounts Receivable/Payable, and intercompany transactions. Your expertise will ensure seamless project delivery while maintaining compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to guarantee successful project outcomes.
  • Identify, mitigate, and escalate risks and issues promptly.
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Ensure all project documentation is complete and aligned with PMO standards.
Necessary Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 10 years of experience in project management within the banking or financial services domain.
  • In-depth understanding of e-Invoicing processes, financial operations, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence).
