New Product Development Manager

Job Overview:
">- Manage the entire product development lifecycle, from concept through launch.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful product introductions.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and customer needs.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for new product development projects.
- Collaborate with external partners/vendors to meet project objectives.
- Ensure quality standards and internal protocols are met.
Key Responsibilities:
">- Drive end-to-end new product development processes, including ideation, design, testing, and launch.
- Lead project management initiatives in product innovation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in product development processes.
Requirements:
">- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in product development, preferably in a specific industry.
- Strong project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in product lifecycle management tools and project management software.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
