HR & Admin Support Internship

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment consulting, HR operations, and administrative support. As an HR & Admin Support Intern, you will work closely with our team to source, screen, and coordinate interviews for various positions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
  • Maintain candidate databases and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Draft and post job descriptions on relevant portals.
  • Provide executive assistance: scheduling, documentation, and follow-ups.
  • Manage email correspondence and prepare reports.
  • Update and manage social media handles.
  • Provide general office and administrative support as required.

Requirements:

  • Female graduate (recently passed out; freshers welcome).
  • Excellent spoken and written English skills.
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with job portals preferred (training provided).
  • Interest in social media and digital content.
  • Resides in or near Faridabad.
