We are seeking a talented professional to join our team as a Career Advancement Professional.

Job Description

The primary responsibility of this role is to guide students through the admission process, providing them with information about our programs and helping them achieve their career goals.

This involves student counseling, where you will engage with prospective students to understand their career aspirations and share information about courses, certifications, and opportunities available at our institution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Counseling Students: Provide guidance to students on how to choose the right program, discuss career prospects, and help them create a plan to achieve their goals.
  • Admission Assistance: Assist students in completing their applications, submitting required documents, and tracking their progress.
  • Follow-Ups & Lead Management: Follow up with leads from inquiries and events to convert them into enrollments, represent the institution at events, career fairs, and workshops.
  • Representation & Support: Organize campus tours for potential students, offer career advice and guidance, build positive relationships, and create a welcoming environment.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Experience in counseling, admissions, or sales (a plus)
  • Basic computer skills, MS Office, CRM
