Product Lifecycle Support Professional

We are seeking a skilled Product Lifecycle Support Professional to drive brand adoption and expansion of our product support program across multiple marketplaces.

This role will play a crucial part in helping brands enroll and optimize their product support offerings—spanning setup, troubleshooting, warranty services, replacement parts, trade-ins, and recycling solutions—to improve the customer experience, reduce returns, and enhance product sustainability.

Key Job ResponsibilitiesBrand Prioritization & Targeting

The successful candidate will leverage insights from our Customer Insights Program to identify high-priority brands and products for support expansion.

They will analyze return trends, defect drivers, and customer engagement metrics to develop targeted outreach plans.

Brand Engagement & Awareness

The Product Lifecycle Support Professional will partner with our Selling Partner Program lead to execute multi-channel brand engagement strategies.

They will educate brands on how to enroll and manage product support using self-serve tools.

They will highlight the benefits of our AI assistant and performance reporting in enhancing product support.

Stakeholder Collaboration

The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with internal teams to align messaging across all touchpoints.

They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding and support for brands needing deeper integration.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

The successful Product Lifecycle Support Professional will monitor enrollment trends and adoption rates across brands and marketplaces.

They will gather and synthesize Voice of Seller insights to inform feature enhancements and drive continuous improvement.
