About the Role

The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day functioning of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management
    • Open the strong room by 9:05 A.M.
    • Manage inventory levels, download stock reports, and ensure proper display of merchandise.
  • Customer Service
    • Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
    • Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly.
    • Train staff to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Sales and Marketing
    • Drive sales initiatives to achieve targets and maximise revenue.
    • Plan promotional activities and events to drive sales.
    • Propose innovative ideas to increase market share.
    • Maintain store condition and visual merchandising standards.
    • Build relationships with customers through regular communication.
    • Gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
    • Plan retention campaigns to reduce churn and increase customer satisfaction.
    • Prepare a marketing calendar based on the branch's catchment area.
    • Utilise market research to identify potential customer segments.
    • Generate leads through targeted campaigns.
    • Oversee the branch's social media presence.
  • Team Management
    • Lead a team of sales associates and support personnel.
    • Provide guidance and training to ensure high performance levels.
    • Recruit, train, and supervise branch staff.
    • Review employee performance and provide specific feedback.
    • Identify and commend each employee's strengths and positive attributes.
    • Address areas where employees can improve.
  • Financial Management
    • Manage the branch budget effectively.
    • Monitor branch expenses and analyse financial reports.
  • Safety and Security
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies regarding safety and security.
    • Implement security measures to safeguard assets and prevent theft or loss.
