Job Title: Influencer Marketing Executive

We're seeking a talented and detail-oriented professional to support our influencer initiatives across various platforms.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about content, creators, and the influencer ecosystem. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.

  • Influencer Discovery & Outreach:
  • Research and identify relevant influencers that align with our brand values.
  • Reach out to influencers, pitch collaboration ideas, and maintain timely follow-ups.
  • Maintain and update influencer databases regularly.
  • Campaign Coordination:
  • Support the planning and execution of influencer campaigns.
  • Coordinate sample/product dispatch, content deadlines, and posting schedules.
  • Share creative briefs and ensure brand guidelines are followed.
  • Content & Engagement Tracking:
  • Track influencer posts and compile content for internal and external use.
  • Monitor engagement and compile performance reports.
  • Assist in UGC collection and content approvals.
  • Relationship Management:
  • Help build and nurture long-term relationships with influencers and creators.
  • Ensure timely communication and manage basic negotiation within set parameters.
  • Cross-team Support:
  • Collaborate with social media, content, and performance marketing teams for content amplification.
  • Support influencer gifting and event campaigns (if applicable).
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 0–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, PR, or related fields.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Previous internship or freelance work in influencer marketing or social media.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
