We are seeking an accomplished Team Lead to oversee our growing service desk team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated professional to assume significant personal responsibility and autonomy.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Applications
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent administrative skills and ability to analyse data and produce reports
- Business focused oral and written communication skills
This role requires accountability for meeting SLA performance targets, maintaining and improving Customer satisfaction levels, and understanding and adhering to policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the service desk team in achieving performance targets and improving customer satisfaction levels
- Maintain and improve existing processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity
