Salesforce Operations Lead

As a seasoned Salesforce operations professional, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of developers, ensuring efficient deployment and version control using Gearset. Your expertise in Salesforce development lifecycle and best practices will drive the implementation of DevOps processes.
Mandatory Skills:- Proven experience in Salesforce DevOps with a strong understanding of Gearset.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage software development projects.
- Proficiency in version control systems, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Developer, Salesforce Architect).
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Knowledge of additional DevOps tools and practices beyond Gearset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in Salesforce development and operations.
- Demonstrated experience in leading technical teams and delivering successful projects.
