Job Description:

The Talent Acquisition Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the hiring function of OpsMaven, overseeing the entire talent acquisition lifecycle. This position requires strategic thinking, exceptional analytical and decision-making abilities, as well as excellent communication skills.

Talent Acquisition Responsibilities:

  • Owns the talent acquisition function, setting targets and monitoring progress to ensure timely delivery.
  • Mentors and coaches the talent acquisition team to hire top talent for geographically dispersed clients.
  • Develops and implements recruitment strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Reviews hiring status regularly to ensure target achievement and publishes accurate weekly/monthly reports to clients.
  • Leads client connect calls, ensuring proactive communication on roadblocks or changes.
  • Responsible for devising overall recruitment strategy within agreed SLAs.
  • Manages vendors and owns the hiring process for senior management-level positions.
  • Guides HR Manager and TA team on trainee hiring, overseeing bulk hiring processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven work experience as an HR TA Lead/Manager or similar role.
  • Exceptional analytical and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong team management and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • International recruitment experience preferred.

Experience & Skills:

  • 8-12 years of experience in Human Resources Management.
  • Knowledge of using various HRMS tools.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of Experience in a lead/manager role.
  • MBA/PGDM in HRD/HRM from a reputed university.
