Lead Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conflict Resolution: Finds solutions to disputes and disagreements between individuals or groups through active listening, empathy, and effective communication.

  • Process Improvement: Drives improvements through data insights, implementing automation, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Operational Efficiency: Optimizes business processes and procedures to reduce costs, increase productivity, and improve product or service quality.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborates with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Workforce Management Coordination: Coordinates with the WFM team on attendance, leave, unplanned shrinkage, forecasting, and staffing requirements.
  • Coaching/Mentoring: Guides and supports individuals or teams to achieve their goals and objectives.
  • Team Engagement: Organizes team engagement activities to promote a positive work environment.
  • Problem Solving: Breaks down simple problems, identifies potential solutions, and takes action to resolve the issue.
  • Performance Metrics & Interpretation: Interprets data and communicates findings effectively to stakeholders.
  • Effective Communication: Develops and delivers multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs to different audiences.
  • Effective Presentations: Creates and delivers compelling presentations that convey confidence and clarity.
