Healthcare Innovation Consultant

Are you an expert in bridging business needs with technical solutions?

Our company is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst/Scrum Master to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will lead Agile ceremonies, manage product backlogs, and ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather requirements from pathology and laboratory teams.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment on implementation.
  • Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
  • Drive project execution using Agile best practices.

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, or Scrum Master in healthcare IT.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. healthcare workflows, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, PMP, or equivalent certification.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) — Epic Beaker, Cerner, Sunquest, Orchard, or equivalent.
  • Technical familiarity with laboratory or imaging systems.
