Job Summary:

This role involves leading complex projects to enhance user experiences across multiple platforms. To be successful, you will need to participate in problem resolution by applying functional expertise and industry knowledge, develop methods for new assignments to improve processes, and collaborate with teams to implement global process improvements based on user insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • User Experience Enhancement: Develop and articulate clear objectives in enhancing user and customer experiences that deliver results and meet organizational goals.
  • Influencing Decision-Making: Influence decision-making at the senior leadership level.
  • Digital Product Development: Perform the most highly complex digital products and services using domain knowledge and extensive business expertise.
  • Innovation Strategy: Develop and deliver innovative strategies that benefit customers and product users.
  • Project Leadership: Lead major business projects which impact the experience design job family.
  • Process Improvement: Design, evaluate, and select process, product, and service improvements based on a thorough understanding of user and customer needs and industry trends.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 12 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
